• Cancellations are only accepted if requested immediately after placing the order and before the product is processed or delivered.
• Once your order is processed or shared with our team, cancellation may not be possible.
• To request cancellation, please contact us quickly via phone or email.

💻 Digital Products – No Return / No Refund Policy

• All our offerings, including PLP files, PSD templates, and other creatives, are digital downloads.
• Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend that customers read all product descriptions, compatibility notes, and previews carefully before purchase.

📦 Defective or Incorrect Files

• If you receive a corrupted, damaged, or incorrect file, contact us within the same day of delivery.
• Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement file if the claim is valid.
• Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for review or replacement.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same order.
• Failed Transaction with Deducted Payment: If your payment is deducted but the order was not completed.

✅ In such cases:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of the payment issue.
